Faculty of Medicine Wellness Program

The Faculty of Medicine Wellness Program is now your FIRST POINT OF CONTACT for non-emergency mental health services! If you would like to book an appt, email: wellness@uottawa.ca

The wait time is usually about 2 weeks, and the first appointment is an in-take assessment.

They will determine the best way to proceed, either offering you up to 6 additional appointments with their psychologist/psychiatrist or referring you to additional counselling services through the University of Ottawa, including SASS Counselling. You need this referral to see SASS counsellors as a graduate student.
